Here's part of a letter I wrote almost a decade ago.
I wonder how many "experts" will be assembled to address this issue? I wonder how many million$ of our tax dollars will be wasted funding what I'll bet will be "authorities" primarily populated with friends and relatives of politicos that have no clue where to begin.
I am truly getting tired of all this noise coming from Harrisburg.
