I spent the better part of Sunday in Bradford County. I was hoping to meet up with the River Twice folks, but I guess that will have to wait until next weekend, as the rains and heavy T-storms have slowed their progress a bit.
On my way home, I stopped to take a few pics from the Marie Antoinette Overlook on Rte 6.
The well pad and drilling rig in the center of the field caught my attention.
So I zoomed in a little for a better view.
And went to my full zoom for the pic below. Beautiful, ehh?
While checking out the panorama before me, I caught a glimpse of what appeared to be another rig much further away and to the left of the wellpad above.
Once again, I zoomed in as far as I could to get the pic below.
With the assistance of my laptop's zoom feature, I ended up with this.
Damn them all!
Wow, hard to believe. Are they nuts? Right smack dab in the mammalian-occupied part of the farm no less.

ReplyDeleteThis overlook has been the delight of myriad travelers throughout the years. It was always a stop for my kids.
Those fields are ancient lands. To poison them is very bad juju.
Greed makes people do many strange things.
