As tests are being run at this time, I don't want to jump to any conclusions. However, if it is determined the "black water" discovered in Susquehanna County ( PA - USA ) is from drilling-related activities, Cabot should be immediately shut down - STATEWIDE - until they get their act together and the DEP is in a position to monitor every one of their sites - EVERY DAY - once they resume operations. And the cost of those inspectors should be covered by Cabot.
I have just the person in mind to inspect their facilities...
