I've decided to purchase an ancestryDNA kit and find out, according to my genetic markers, where my ancestors came from. I also bought one for my wife.
Considering I recently discovered at least one branch of my family tree (Clemow) has been in North America since the early 1600's, I hope to put to rest my suspicions about this drumbeat I've been hearing all my life.
Probably just a form of tinnitus...
