2014: The Year of...Beer?


Like everyone else out there, I have no idea what tomorrow may bring.
 
But what I do know is that, between my son's gift pictured below and some beer-brewing classes we both received as Christmas gifts...there will be some fermentation experimentation going on in our household this year.
 
I wonder; Ghost Pepper Lager...Scorpion Pepper Stoudt? 

Four Pepper Porter???
 
The possibilities are endless.

  2. We can do that. And I think it should be paired with Farmer's Cheese pierogies swimming in butter and onions, grilled Lenny's double garlic kielbasa, and some freshly-grated red horseradish. We're on for the eve before RiverFest 2014.
