Well, it appears my biological alarm clock has reset itself, and I'm back to normal as far as that aspect of my daily life is concerned. Been getting up at least two hours ahead of my wife for the past few days, and this morning I threw caution out the door and got out of bed to make coffee, do some laps around (inside) the house, and get up to speed on the news of the day...all before 5 a.m.
The days are getting longer, the midday shadows are getting shorter, and although I am still fully dependent on using a walker...my steps are getting stronger.
