...to do the right thing.
Although our founding fathers were prescient beyond their years when they wrote our Constitution and Bill of Rights, I do not think they ever envisioned the firearms that exist today. Nor would they tolerate what happened yesterday without taking strong and corrective measures.
Today, the "silent majority" seems to shy away from taking a stance on anything controversial. And those that choose to do so are vilified by those whose profits would suffer.
Not so long ago, a group of brave men and women stood up to one of the most powerful nations on earth in defense of what they believed to be a true and just cause.
I believe it's time we do the same.
