I have paddled over 2,000 miles on the Susquehanna River and its tributaries in every month of the year, and at almost every time of the day.
I have read hundreds of articles, journals, studies, reports and white papers. I have twice nominated and championed the Susquehanna to the #1 spot on American Rivers' Most Endangered Rivers List.
I have fished the river for ~40 years or so, and I've even had some fun along the way.
"Where, exactly, did you park the car?"
In October, I'll celebrate the 12th anniversary of my entry into blogdom, and I'm getting the feeling that it's time to move on.
