FINALLY...260+ days later. According to WNEP:
"The COA states the gas bubbles in the Susquehanna River near Sugar Run last year were also the result of improper well casing and cementing at Chesapeake drill sites."

The Susquehanna River is STILL BUBBLING near Sugar Run PA, and now we "officially" know who caused it.
