I think I need to start a book of excuses for similar incidents, as with more wells being drilled, there will definitely be more headlines like this in the months and years to come.
But "erosion wear"? Read all about it here. My favorite quote from this latest incident:
"...apparently did not cause any significant contamination to the environment, the state Department of Environmental Protection said."
Apparently? Significant? Did it or didn't it cause any contamination?
