FYI- the traffic generated by inquiries about PA HB 683 and PA SB 411 has been non-stop and from across the globe. The word is definitely out.
I believe someone in H-burg who sponsored one of these bills suggested a public hearing. Let's make sure we hold them to that and get one scheduled ASAP.
