You are what you...

  
As a direct result of my limited mobility, especially during the first few weeks post accident & surgery, my food intake has undergone a radical shift, both in terms of quality and quantity. The former is way up, and the latter is significantly down.

I put on one of my dress shirts last night to look a little more presentable for some visitors, and I immediately noticed how much looser it felt than what I remembered the last time I wore it.

I wonder what's in store next; will my gray hair start disappearing? Will I finally believe what Governor Tom Corbett and the DEP are trying to sell us?

Nahhhhh!

Enough of all the good stuff, I'm gonna find the stash of Twinkies!

  1. All those veggies will help you heal! I wish my clothes were looser, though I've also been eating healthy... but not less food! At nearly 6 weeks postpartum I think about food all day and regular clothes aren't close to fitting. Oh well. The chard and beets look yummy. Good luck.

  2. Thanks, Nicole. I also started replacing a meal a day with freshly made-at-home juices. It's been an interesting ride so far. Be well.
